Thank you for checking out TD Helps today, Tameara. We are sorry to hear you're having difficulties while accessing your online account and we are more than happy to help.
Based on your message, it sounds like you're currently using our Mobile App Please note; you'll not be able to add new Security Questions via Mobile App. But no worries! Please bring up your web browser on your phone and type www.tdbank.com in the URL, it will take you to a smart phone friendly version of our website, and you will need to click on "View full website" link which is located on the bottom of the page.
A few tips to consider that may help you with remembering your security questions include:
-Only selecting security questions that are meaningful to you. For instance, if your pets are more important to you than your first car, select the pet question.
-Avoiding abbreviations in your answer, like " LBI." instead of " Long Beach Island ".
-Answers to your security questions are not case-sensitive. So you only have to remember the answer - not whether or not you capped any of the words in your answer.
For additional security question tips and other helpful hints for answering your security questions you can visit: http://bit.ly/1ikiYdw.
If you're still unable to add Security Questions via our full site or your account is locked out again due to multiple failed attempts, a member of our Digital Banking Team can assist you 24/7. They can be reached at 800-493-7562. If you would prefer, you can also visit a local TD Bank Store. For lobby hours and locations near you, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps you, Tameara and have a wonderful day.
