Hi, I am traveling internationally and have been locked out of my account. I don't have an international phone plan so I cannot make a call. How can I get this resolved?

We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble while away, Jenna.
If you're referring to Online Banking, we apologize however to regain access, you'd need to contact us directly. You are able to call us from overseas by dialing 856-751-9000 or 215-569-0518 collect from any landline telephone.
If you're referring to your debit card, we still ask that you reach out to us directly either by using the numbers provided above or by sending a secure message. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
