Hi! I am trying to book an appointment online, but for some reason, the website will not let me proceed to step two. It is asking me to "enter the postal code, city or province", which I did, and then I click "find" but nothing happens. I first suspected that it was because I was entering my postal code instead of the branch nearest to me ( or whichever one that I want to visit), so I entered that of the branch, but still nothing. I click find, and it doesn't even load, then the information I entered is automatically erased, and I have to start over again. Please help!
