have informed TD bank before departing USA that i will be out of town, howeve my bag and my account information included in the bag plus my ID's were stolen form the airport but my TD credit cards luckly were with me. The transaction is declined although i am suer i left sufficient fund for it. Could you please email me to infomr if i could still make this transaction. If you're attempting to use your TD debit card to make a transaction, please reach our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 856-751-9000 or 215-569-0518 collect from a land line telephone. Once speaking with a Specialist they will be glad to review your account.
If you're having trouble with your credit card, you are able to contact a Credit Card Specialist from overseas by dialing 706-644-3266. They will be glad to help.
If you're unable to call at this time, you are able to send a secure message via Online Banking. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
