Hi, were been trying to use the bill payment for a wile now but i keep receiving this message: We apologize for any inconvenience. Please access Bill Pay again at a later time. [1000-12] why is it?

First, we would suggest ensuring that you're using the most recent version of your Internet Browser. As you mentioned that you are getting an error message, this may be related to the browser in use. Please note that our website is compatible with the newest versions of both Internet Explorer and Firefox. If you're not using a recent version, we recommend this update; or, we suggest using a different browser altogether to complete your Bill Payments.
