Hi, I blocked my password how can I make a new one?
My password is blocked. I gave the wrong answer 3 times about my favorite book, so my password was blocked.
I can´t see my balance by internet. I called that number on the website, but the girl told me that when I go back to USA I can unlock my password. The problem is, I don´t know when this is going to happen. And I need to see my balance. I gave my information, account number, name, address and she didn't help me.

Hi Veronica, we're sorry you're having trouble accessing your account online and we'll be glad to help.
Seeing that you're writing us from Brazil, to reach us from abroad please dial 1-856-751-9000 or call collect, with operator assistance, by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518. This call will have to be completed with a land line telephone. When you reach a Banking Specialist, we will to verify you with account details, for security purposes. Once you've been verified, our Banking Specialists will be able to unlock your online profile so that you can regain online access.
If you are unable to provide us with the information that is needed to verify your account, you may send us a fax request to add a password to your account. This password is different than your Online Banking password and will be used to bypass the verification process. To send us the request to add a verification password to your account please send a fax to our Fulfillment department at 856-533-1138 and be sure to include the following information:
- Your Name
- Your Account Number
- Your Social Security Number
- New Password (4-10 alpha numeric characters)
- Your Signature
Please note if you are a foreign resident with no Social Security Number you may indicate 'No SSN' on the fax. Once we receive your fax request, your password will be updated in 2 business days. After the password has been added, you may give us a call back and we'll be able to verify you with your new password.
