Please be sure you are using our full website and using http://bit.ly/1eaISlq to log-in. If you are using your web browser on a smartphone, we recommend making sure you click onto "Full Site" prior to logging in.
After you have logged into your Online Banking, click onto the "Customer Service" tab, after that, you will see "Self Service" and below that the second option listed will be "Change Password".
