To troubleshoot this with you first, we recommend checking to make sure that you have entered your credentials as you intended. Please keep in mind that passwords are case-sensitive, and please check to be sure that your Caps Lock key is in the intended position.
You mentioned that you have both personal and business accounts with us. For your personal accounts with a login at: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, if you are still unable access the account and believe you have the correct user name, you may reset your password by following the link just provided. Once you're at the Log In page, please click on the "Forgot your Password?" link that is located under the password field. Select the account type and type your user name. You will then be asked to answer two security questions and when you successfully answer the questions given, you can then reset your password.
