morning when I checked again it was no longer there. I just want to make sure that my landlord didn't stop the transaction. . If she did, does TDbank notify me that the check bounced back? If so, how long does it take for the bank to notify me? Hi, I mobile deposited my "security deposit refund" check from my landlord last night. At first the amount did appeared on the pending activity, but this morning when I checked again, it was no longer there in the activity record. I just want to make sure that my landlord didn't stop the transaction. If she did, does TD bank notify me that the check bounced back? If so, how long does it take for the bank to notify me? I just want to make sure that there won't be any monkey business from my landlord

Happy Friday, Nelly, and welcome to TD Helps!
We're sorry for any confusion this may be causing you, and we'll be more than happy to help provide you with ways in which you may verify that your Mobile Deposit was successfully credited to your account.
The first would be to log into your Online Banking, which you may do from here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you're able to view your accounts, simply click on your 'Pending' transactions, which will bring you to the next page where you may view your successfully submitted Mobile Deposit. You're also able to view your Pending transaction information through the TD Bank Mobile App on your smart phone. After logging in, simply click 'Accounts', followed by the account you performed the deposit into. This will take you directly to all your transactions, and towards the top, you will be able to view all of your pending transactions, including any Mobile Deposits.
Another option you have to ensure that your Mobile Deposit was successfully deposited would be to view the last 30 days of previously submitted Mobile Deposits via your Mobile App. After logging in, you'll first want to click on the 'Mobile Deposit' button towards the bottom of your screen, then, click 'Mobile Deposit History'. From here, you can view all of your previously submitted Mobile Deposits, and even click on the deposit of your choosing for more information.
In the event that your deposit is to be returned, a legal copy of the check will be mailed to the address we have on record for your account, typically within 7-10 business days, and once you receive it, you may then deposit the check again into your account.
If you have any questions at all, or if you'd like to go over your account with a Specialist, you're more than welcome to contact us directly, and we'll be happy to help. Banking Specialists are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can be reached at 1-888-751-9000. You're also welcome to visit a TD Store location, during lobby hours, to speak with a Customer Service Representative. To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
If you currently have access to your Online Banking, you may also send us a Secure Message. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile, and once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'. You may also your mobile banking app to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less.
Thanks for stopping by today, Nelly! We hope you have an amazing weekend.
