Thanks for writing in, Osvaldo and sorry to hear about any difficulties you're experiencing in Mozambique. We'll certainly see what we can do to help today.
Since you mentioned that you're in need of the PIN for your card and you're also unsure of your User Name, we invite you to reach out to us by phone for assistance. You may contact us from outside the United States at 1-856-751-9000, or collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518. For your convenience, we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The US country code is 1-011.
During your call, we can assist you in recovering your User Name and logging you back in to your TD Bank Online account. At that time, if you have not already done so, you'll also want to provide us with your updated travel information.
Once you're able to log back in, you'll be able to send us a Secure Message to request that a PIN reminder be mailed to your current location. We do apologize but please keep in mind that for your account security, we're unable to access your PIN via telephone, email or TD Helps. It will be necessary to request a mailed PIN to use this feature for your debit card.
When sending your email via secure message, please include the following information
-Your account number
-Your debit card number
-Your request for an expedited PIN reminder
-Address to where the PIN should be mailed
-Please include the following statement: "I take full responsibility for the PIN being mailed to the alternate address.”
-Also, if you have not yet provided your travel information to us as mentioned above, please include your travel dates and destinations for the most efficient service.
Once we receive your complete request, we can request the PIN reminder for you. You're welcome to check in with us using the numbers above to ensure we've received your request.
