Thank you for writing to us on TD Helps, Kristen. We'd be happy to help.
You are able to view account numbers through Online Banking. If you have a deposit account with us, you're able to enroll in online access here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number, Social Security Number and email address to sign up. After you follow the step-by-step process, you will have immediate access to your accounts.
Once logged in, you are able to select the "Accounts" tab to view account information. If you are already signed up for Online Banking, feel free to log in at any time here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq.
If you have trouble signing up for Online Banking or the account you're referencing is not displayed, we ask that you call us directly for assistance. You are able to call us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000. After account verification, our Representatives will be glad to help. If you prefer to speak to a Representative directly, feel free to visit any TD Store during lobby hours for help. To take a look at TD Store locations near you and their hours please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
You are also able to visit any TD Store during lobby hours for assistance with your account number. Be sure to bring a valid photo I.D. (Driver's License, State I.D., or Passport).
As you've mentioned that your mother had opened the account for you, please know that only an authorized signer on the account will be able to view this information via Online Banking and obtain this information at a TD Store.
We hope this helps, Kristen and have a good day.
Megan K, Mount Laurel
