Good of you to ask, Johnathan! We'll be sure to go over some information regarding ATM usage outside of the US.
Feel free to use any ATM that displays VISA or PLUS while you're in Peru. Please also note that fees may apply when you us a Non-TD ATM and the owner of ATM may assess additional fees as well. Take a look here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt to view our Personal Fee Schedule. Also, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/1ltwDDc and http://bit.ly/1fO8wKy for tips on international travel and FAQs.
If you haven't done so already, we recommend placing travel notes on your account. Once your account is notated, TD Bank is now aware of your current and future locations and can greatly reduce any service interruptions. You may also send a secure message through online banking as well. If you are not enrolled in online banking, please click here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Once you are enrolled, please sign into your account and click on the Customer Service tab and then select Send A Message. If you choose this option, please include the exact travel dates, destinations and if there will be any connecting flights, if applicable.
Hope this was helpful, Johnathan and if you need to connect with us while you are away, please give us a call 24/7 at 856-751-9000 or via collect with operator's assistance from a non-mobile telephone at 00+1-215-569-0518. Take care!
