We invite you to contact a Customer Service Representative, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 1-888-751-9000. As you have stated that you are currently not in the U.S., you may also call Collect with operator assistance from any land line phone by asking the Operator to dial 1-215-569-0518.
In addition, if you are enrolled in Online Banking, you may send a secure message using www.tdbank.com. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You may do so by clicking here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left-hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
