Thanks for writing to us today, Jennifer. We'll be happy to help!
It sounds like you're looking to have a travel notice placed on your account. There are a few ways you can do this! First, you can call us overseas at (856)-751-9000, or collect from a landline at (215)-569-0518. Our Representatives are available to assist 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
If you currently have access to your online banking, you may send us a secure message. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'. If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your mobile banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu.
If you decide to send us a secure message, we ask that you include the travel dates as well as your destination and any stops. Once we receive your message, a Banking Specialist will place the travel notice for you!

We hope to connect with you soon, Jennifer, take care!
