Thanks for reaching us on TD Helps, Daniel. We'd be glad to help.
If you are an authorized signer on your son's account, the easiest way to locate the account number is via Online Banking. If you are already enrolled, you are able to log in by visiting www.tdbank.com. If you aren't currently signed up for online access, we ask that you reach out to us directly 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or visit us during lobby hours at any TD Store. To take a look at TD Stores near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Another way to obtain the account number is to review previous statements you may have received in the mail. The account number will be located at the top right hand side of the page.
As always you are able to visit a TD Store for assistance with an account number.
When you mention the account's PIN, if you're referring to your phone code to check balances, please reach out to us using the number above and our Banking Specialists will be glad to help you reset this information.
If you are referring to a PIN for an ATM Card, our Representatives at any TD Store can reset this information for you as long as the ATM Card is present. Our Banking Specialists over the phone are also able to send you a PIN reminder to the address we have on file for the account. Please know the reminder may take up to 7-10 business days to arrive.
We hope this information helps, Daniel and have a good day.
