Welcome to the community, Malathy!
Great to have you with us today.
First we'd like to let you know that you've reach us here at TD Bank in the States, and we see that you're writing to us from Toronto. If you're simply looking to establish your EasyWeb account for your TD Canada Trust banking, take a look here: http://bit.ly/1tGNma6. This conversation with our friend Elijah should help you.
On the other hand, Malathy, if you're trying to set up online banking for your TD Bank, N.A. account here in the States, we have a couple options for you! First, to set up online banking account for your U.S. accounts you can call us anytime day or night at 888-751-9000 to speak with a Banking Specialist, who can enroll your account during your call.
You may also be able to use our online enrollment found here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY, if you have your TD U.S. account number, your ATM or Visa Debit card number, a U.S. Social Security number and a valid email address. If you have all of these items but don't have a U.S. Social Security number, you'll still be able to use this option to enroll. After clicking the link, please select "Personal" from the drop down box and accept the Personal Online User Agreement on the next page. Then, you'll be directed to a page asking you to fill in your personal information. Beneath the portion that asks for a Social Security number, select the box beneath to confirm that you do not have one. After you fill in the rest of your personal information and submit it, you will then be taken to the next page that thanks you for applying for Online Banking. Within the next two business days, you will receive further instructions via email.
Second, if you also bank with TD Canada Trust and have an EasyWeb account, you also have the option to view your TD Bank U.S. account together on the same screen with your TD Canada Trust account. Both accounts would be able to be viewed via your EasyWeb access. If you're not currently using online banking for your account with TD Canada Trust and would like to, please use the information we provided above to get started.
To combine your online banking accounts, you may submit this request in person by vising a TD Canada Trust location. Or, if you prefer, you can also contact our Cross Border Banking Team anytime it's convenient for you, 24/7 for assistance. Please reach them at 877-700-2913 and they'll be happy to assist you in linking your accounts during your call.
We hope this covers it for you, Malathy but if not, feel free to reply with any questions at all.
We're so glad you stopped by today and we hope you enjoy your Sunday afternoon!
