From what you've described, it sounds like a browser issue. We recommend disabling any plug ins or themes you may have and restore your browser to its default settings. We also suggest making sure that you are using the most up to date version of your browser and that it is accepting cookies. Please note that www.tdbank.com is compatible with the newest versions of both Internet Explorer and Firefox. If the issue persists, you may wish to use a different browser.
