I rely on the statements for the Tax Accountant but no longer receive them so need the statements from April 2015 sent to me as before. Thank you. I live in the UK and rely on the bank statements for the Tax Accountant but I haven't received any. I would like the statements from 1st April 2015 to be sent to me like they used to be

While we understand your concerns with needing your current statements, please understand that if transactions are not being initiated on your account, a statement will not be generated. However, if transactions are being performed, and you are already enrolled in online banking, you may print out your most recent monthly statements online in the convenience of your own home. After logging in your account from here https://go.td.com/1eaISlq, please follow the steps below to obtain your statements:
1. Click on the accounts link at the top of the screen 2. Click on the account number you would like to view statements on 3. Click on the “Statements” tab. 4. Choose the statement period you would like to view and click “View Statement” 5. You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statement
If you have not yet enrolled for online banking and have a TD Bank debit card, please follow this link to first enroll for our online service https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY. If you do not have a TD Bank debit card or are experiencing any difficulties while attempting an online enrollment, you may contact a Banking Specialist 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When calling our Banking Specialists at 888-751-9000, for security purposes, we do require account verification. Please also know that your name and address will be included in your monthly statements.
If you do not wish to enroll in online banking, please feel free to reach out to our Banking Specialists, 24/7, at the same telephone number listed above and request to have your recent statement mailed to your address on file. As you have stated that you currently reside in the U.K., you may also call Collect with operator assistance from any land line phone by asking the Operator to dial 1-215-569-0518. Please also note, depending on the copies you are looking for, fees may apply.
