hi. I lost my debit card today while being on holidays in costa rica.
I would like to shut down my card for safety reasons. Unfortunately i can not call right now because i am in costa rica and my mobile phone doesn t work here.

Since you're traveling and can't access a phone right now, don't worry as you'll still be able to get in touch with us about this via Secure Message, if your account is enrolled in Online Banking. To send a secured email, please sign in to your account at https://go.td.com/1eaISlq, click the Customer Service tab and use the Send a Message link with your request. We'll be able to close your card once we receive your note. Kindly note that we would like to assist you, but we are unable able to access your account as TD Helps is not considered a secured forum for your confidential information.
If you happen to get access to a phone, you may contact us from outside the United States at 1-856-751-9000, or collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518. For your convenience, we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The US country code is 1-011.
Once we hear from you and we have closed your card, we can also mail a new card to you at your current location or to your home address, and feel free to ask for instructions on this when you get in touch with us. Or, you can stop into any one of our Stores when you return and request a new debit card. Feel free to find a location nearby you at https://go.td.com/1f9DSJR, and we can issue you one instantly during your visit. We'll also be sure to review your account with you and make sure all transactions are legitimate.
