If you are referring to our Pop Money service and the code that is sent you when you initially enroll in Pop Money, we'd like to share with you that there is no fee to receive another code. To receive another code or any additional questions, please contact one of our 24/7 Tech Support Specialists at 800-493-7562.
If you are referring to a transfer service other than Pop Money, we recommend reaching out to their customer service representatives for additional assistance with this matter.
