My local branch office told me that TD Bank does not provide chip-and-pin cards, but American magnetic-strip cards don't always work in Europe. I need a chip and pin card before April. Thank you

Although TD Bank currently does not provide this feature as of yet, we'd like to point out that you can use your debit card wherever Visa is accepted.
