Good afternoon, Raymond. Thanks for visiting us today on TD Helps. We're happy to assist you with your check copy request.
You may request a check copy by calling us 24/7 at 888-751-9000, sending us a secure message via online banking, or stopping by a local TD Bank store. We'll go over all the options in details with you.
To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a Secure Message" located in the “Message Center."
If you have not enrolled in online banking and wish to enroll for your personal accounts, you may use our self-service option by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM or Debit Card number, your Social Security Number and your email address. Once at the page, please select "Personal" from the drop down box. When you select continue, you will have to read and accept the Online Banking Service Agreement. Then you will be asked to enter your personal information including the items mentioned earlier and to create a user name and password. Finally you will be asked to create three security questions. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
If you do not have the required information to set up for Online Banking or you need assistance enrolling, you may contact us 24/7 at the number provided above to speak with a Banking Specialist. Upon proper account verification, we would be happy to help get you started.

Just in case if you are looking to enroll for TD Bank BusinessDirect and you have your debit card, follow this link: http://bit.ly/1dl2HX6. Once you’re at the “Sign Up for TD Bank BusinessDirect” page, please complete the application. You will need your Business Taxpayer Identification Number, account number, ATM/Debit card number, the business name, and your e-mail address. When you are finished with the application, you will receive an e-mail confirmation within 2 business days that contains your User ID and password. In case you don't have a debit card or would like to have immediate access to online banking, you could visit your local TD Bank Store for help. If the check copy is being mailed to your address on file, it normally takes 7-10 business days for delivery. If you stop by your local TD Bank Store during lobby hours for a check copy, you should be able to obtain it while you are there.
Thanks again for writing to TD Helps, Raymond. Let us know if you have any other questions and have a wonderful day.
