Thanks for your message to us today.
We apologize for any recent trouble with your debit card while you're on your trip. You are more than welcome to request an expedited card from us and you have a couple of options to do so.
This can be completed either via your Online Banking account or via faxed request. To send a Secure Message to us online, please log in to your account at http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you have done so, locate the Customer Service tab at the top right, and then click on Send a Message. Or, the option of mailing a new card to you is also available via fax. You would fax your request to our Fulfillment Department at 1-856-533-1138. Whichever method you choose, please including the following information either in your secure message online, or on your faxed sheet:
-Your account number
-Your request for an expedited card
-Address to where the card should be mailed
-Please include the following statement: "I take full responsibility for the card being mailed to the alternate address.”
-Your signature (for faxed option only)
Once we receive your complete request, we can request the card for you. You're welcome to check in with us at 888-751-9000, 24/7 to ensure we've received your request. Kindly note that although we would like to place your order here, TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum and we don't have access to your personal account information to do so.
We hope this helps with your new card, Kennedy. Please reach out to us here or at the number above with any questions at all.
Best of luck to you and enjoy the rest of your trip!
