Thanks for writing in, Charlotte! We'll be happy to help you put your best foot forward with your mortgage application.
If you need to verify your accounts for your mortgage application, we're glad to let you know that we are able to provide you with a Verification of Accounts via fax.
To begin this request, we'll need a request in writing from you, and the information you request will be send in the form of a letter to your third party directly.
In your faxed request, please include specific details about what information you would like disclosed in the letter and where the completed request should be forwarded to (for example, does it need to be faxed, mailed or both). You'll also need to sign and date the request and then mail or fax it to the information provided below. Please note that the following information applies for your deposit accounts, such as checking/savings, only:
Address: TD Bank, N.A.
Attn: Verifications of Deposit
PO Box 3126
Lewiston, ME 04243
In order to verify any loan accounts you may have with us, please use the following address and fax:
Address: TD Bank, NA
Attn: Loan Research
P.O. Box 1377
Lewiston, ME 04243-1377
If you have any questions regarding this process, feel free to contact us 8:00-6:00 pm Monday through Friday, and Saturday 8:30 am -3:00 pm, at 856-380-2675.
If you prefer, you're also invited to visit any local TD Bank Store to complete a Deposit Verification form, and the information you request will be returned to the third party directly after completion.
Another option you have is to simply print your statements of accounts and provide them to your loan officer directly. You're welcome to stop in at any TD Bank Store to request copies, or give us a call at the number directly above to have them mailed to you. You're also able to print them once you log in to your Online Banking account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, by clicking the account you wish to view and finding the green Statements tab. For any loans, feel free to give us a call 24/7 at 800-937-5020 to request statements.
Hope this is helpful and best of luck with your new home, Charlotte! Have a great one.
