Thank you for coming to TD Helps with your question, Rivka. We are sorry to hear about any difficulties you are experiencing with downloading our TD Mobile App and would be glad to help point you in the right direction for assistance.
As you mentioned you are currently overseas and your mobile device is recognizing your current location and not allowing you to download our Mobile App, we do recommend checking your settings or connect with your mobile device provider for further options.
If you have already done so and you are still receiving the same error message, please contact our Tech Support Specialists directly. Our Tech Support Specialists are here 24/7 for your convenience. You can contact us from outside the United States via phone at 1-856-751-9000, or call collect with operator assistance from a landline phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518.
We understand you mentioned you wanted to mobile deposit a check; we do want to inform you that you have the option of mailing in your check deposit via our Bank-by-Mail option. Banking by mail is simple, and easy. All you would need to do is mail your deposit to the address below:
TD Bank, N.A., ME2-001-033, P.O. Box Number 1190, Lewiston, Maine 04243
The P.O. Box is checked daily and transactions are posted the same day.
If you need to Fed-EX or UPS a mail in a Deposit to us, you can ship it to the address below:
TD Bank Bank by Mail, 140 Mill Street, Lewiston, ME 04243
We recommend visiting http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ to learn more about our funds availability policy starting on page 38. Also keep in mind that TD Bank is not responsible for items lost in mail. Here are some additional tips to consider prior to mailing your deposit:
- Cash should not be sent through the mail
- Payee of the check and name on deposit ticket should be the same
- Checks should be endorsed (and restricted "for deposit only")
- Multiple checks should be listed and a total of the deposit listed
- Enclose the deposit ticket, not the carbon copy
- If using a blank deposit ticket, please write the account number clearly
- Do not staple transactions
We hope this helps Rivka. Enjoy the rest of your day.
