If your Checking account was recently opened, new accounts generally become available to view online 1-2 business days after opening.
If your account has been open for some time or this time frame has passed, please contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000, so that we can add the account to your online view during your call. Please note, for the security of your account, we will need to verify you and your account prior to assisting you with this request.

As you already utilize TD Online Banking, you may send us a request via secure message by logging onto your account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. After you log in, on the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center" or locate the Customer Service tab at the top right, and then click on Send a Message. In your message, please provide the account number and a brief description of your request and a Specialist will be happy to help.
