In reply to Darina, Stamford
Thanks for coming to TD Helps to start the discussion, Darina, and we appreciate you banking with us.
We'd be happy to provide the information you need to receive your incoming international wire. Please know that the information you need to provide to the sending bank overseas is based on how the funds are being sent.
If the funds are being sent in foreign currency, please provide the following information to the sending bank:
Correspondent Bank SWIFT Code: TDOMCATTTOR; Correspondent Bank: The Toronto Dominion Bank, Toronto, Ontario, Canada, M5K 1A2; Beneficiary Bank SWIFT Code: NRTHUS33XXX; Beneficiary Bank: TD Bank N.A., 6000 Atrium Way, Mt. Laurel, NJ, USA 08054; (or the address of your Stamford Store location).
In Favor of: TD Customer's Account Number; TD Customer's Full Name; TD Customer's Address: (Please include City, State and Country);
However, if the funds are being sent in U.S. Dollars, please instead provide the following information:
Wire to: TD Bank, N.A. Wilmington, Delaware; ABA: 0311-0126-6; TD Customer's Account Number; TD Customer's Full Name; TD Customer's Address: (Please include City, State and Country);
In some cases, please be aware that the financial institution sending the wire to TD Bank may not be able to use an ABA number for a wire transfer. If they are requiring you to provide a BIC/SWIFT code in order to send a transfer (in U.S. currency), then they should use the following information instead:
Wire to (Beneficiary Bank): TD Bank, N.A.; Swift Code: NRTHUS33XXX; Bank Address: TD BANK N.A., 6000 Atrium Way, Mt. Laurel, NJ, USA 08054; TD Customer's Account Number; TD Customer's Full Name; TD Customer's Address: (Please include City, State and Country);
Additionally, we strongly recommend confirming with the financial institution sending the wire transfer to determine if they require you to provide an ABA#/Routing#, or a BIC/SWIFT Code to complete the transfer.
Please know that we will post all incoming wires on the banking day they are received. Also, we do not process incoming Pay Upon Proper Identification (PUPID) wires and we return them to the sender. Thank you, Justin!
That wire is going to be in US currency, and as I understood from your reply I should use the following information (the foreign bank requires to use Swift code): Wire to (Beneficiary Bank): TD Bank, N.A.; Swift Code: NRTHUS33XXX; Bank Address: TD BANK N.A., 6000 Atrium Way, Mt. Laurel, NJ, USA 08054; TD Customer's Account Number; TD Customer's Full Name; TD Customer's Address: (Please include City, State and Country).
But I don't remember my account number. The problem is that I'm out of country now, I am in Eastern Europe until the mid if July. I tried to reach TD's specialists by provided phone number, but I couldn't. And I am not able to stop by any TD store. How can I restore my online banking access and to know my account number (I need to know it my acc.# asap).
Thank you for your time and consideration,

Hi there Darina,
We're sorry to hear about your dilemma!
The best option to obtain your account number when you're not in the area is to take a look at your online banking account, one of your statements, or your TD Bank checkbook. The number can be found in the top right corner of your statement, or at the bottom of your check (the second set of numbers).
If you don't have either of these available, we can help you restore your online banking access if you give us a call. It's very likely that you couldn't reach us before as the number previously provided was the one used for those in the U.S. right now. No worries, though - from outside the United States, you can reach us via phone at 1-856-751-9000, or collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518. For your convenience, we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Hope this will help you find the number, Darina.
Wishing you good luck and we'll talk with you soon!
