Bank thanking me for the account opening, but so far I haven't received the Debit Card I asked for when I filled out the application for the checking account. Could you please just send my Debit Card by mail. Thank you

Thanks for joining us here at TD Helps, Luis. Welcome to the TD Family! We'd be happy to help.
Based on your inquiry, it sounds like you opened your TD account via online at www.tdbank.com. During the application, you requested to receive a TD Debit card; typically, you should expect to receive your card by mail at the address you provided within 7 to 10 business days. Please note that delivery times can vary depending on your post office.
As it seems the timeframe has passed, we apologize for the inconvenience and would be glad to help provide options on how to obtain a new card.
You may obtain a new TD Debit Card by calling our Customer Service Line 24/7 at 888-751-9000. After account verification, we would be happy to put in a request to have your new card be mailed to you.
Another way to contact us is by sending a secured message via Online Banking. To send a secure message, you will need to be enrolled to Online Banking first. If you are not enrolled to Online Banking yet, please give us a call at the number above and we'd be happy to help after account verification. Once you have successfully enrolled, you will have immediate access to your account(s). Once you are logged in, you will then select the "Customer Service" tab after you log in. Beneath the section entitled "Message Center" select "Send a Message."
You should than expect to receive your new TD Debit card within 7-10 business days. Again, your new TD Debit Card should arrive in a white envelope for security purposes.
If you prefer not to wait, did you know you can visit your local TD Store, during lobby hours, and we'd be happy to print out a new card for you immediately? Please take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find hours and locations near you. Once at the Store, if you have already ordered a new debit card online that is currently being mailed, please ask the Store representative to close it since it will no longer be useful once you activate the card you will receive at the Store.
We hope this helps, Luis. If you need anything else, please let us know. Have a great day!
