If you recently opened a Personal account with us, you'll be happy to know that your Online Banking account will be established immediately after you sign up. Please note that if you enroll for personal online banking, an email confirmation won't be needed as you can access the account online right away. If you're unsure if you've signed up, you're welcome to use our enrollment self-service link at: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY if you already have your ATM/Debit Card, account number and Social Security number.
For any issues at all with your Online Banking enrollment, we're here to help. Feel free to give one of our Banking Specialists a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000. They'll also be able to get you enrolled in no time during your call.
If the account you opened was a Business account and you'd like to use our free BusinessDirect online platform to view this account, you are correct to note that you'll receive an email confirmation for your enrollment. This should arrive to you within 2 business days and will confirm your initial User ID and Password. We encourage you to review your spam or junk mail folder, to make sure your message wasn't sent there. To ensure you've signed up for BusinessDirect, please follow the link above and select "Business" from the drop-down box. In addition to your TD ATM/Debit Card, you will need your Business Taxpayer Identification Number, account number, your business name, and your email address.
