For more information on your account that has been paid off, please contact a TD Retail Card Services Specialist directly at 800-252-2551. A Specialist there will be more than glad to assist you. They are available 9:00 AM through 9:00 PM Monday through Friday, and Saturday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
