Thanks for visiting us on TD Helps, Sebastian. We are sorry you're having difficulties with our website and we are more than happy to guide you in the right direction to get this resolved.
Normally, we'd direct you through the Password reset option through the login page of http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. However, to reset your Password through the 'Trouble Logging In' link there, you do need to have a U.S. Social Security number on file with us and remember your current User Name. Since you mentioned that you do not have U.S. Social Security number, to best assist you, we encourage you to reach out to one of our dedicated Banking Specialists directly at 1-856-751-9000. This is a direct number that you can reach out to 24/7. Or, if you have access to a landline phone and would prefer to call us collect, you can do so with Operator assistance by calling 011-1-215-569-0518. Upon proper authentication of your account, one of our Specialists can help you reset your Password and get you back online in a matter of moments!
Thanks again for writing to TD Helps, Sebastian. Let us know if you have any other questions and have a wonderful day.
