Hello Delower, and welcome to TD Helps!
A secured credit card is a great way to build your credit to potentially help finance larger purchases in the future. We are currently offering Personal secured credit cards. Please take a look here for the Personal Credit Card Agreement for both the TD Easy Rewards Secured and TD Cash Rewards Secured: http://bit.ly/1wtjCwy.
To apply for a secured credit card, you’re more than welcome to stop by any TD Bank location and submit an application. Check out http://bit.ly/TDStores for local TD Store locations and hours near you. You can also set up an appointment ahead of time if you wish by reaching out to one of our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
Keep in mind that though there may be no cost to open a secured credit card, there will be a deposit required. The minimum deposit required is $500 and the maximum is $5000. Please also note that your credit limit is still based upon credit worthiness.
Thanks for the question, Delower. Let us know if there's anything else we can do for you.
