If you think you may have a charged off account with us, we recommend contacting our Recovery Department directly to set up the payment plan. They may be reached Monday through Friday 8 am-9 pm and Saturday 8 am-5 pm at 800-742-2651. You may also visit your local TD Bank Store, during the lobby hours to make this payment in person. Once you have satisfied the balance owed, you may consider opening a new account with us.
