Also, since you've already mentioned that you're enrolled in Online Banking, you can send a secure message to us through www.tdbank.com to connect with a Banking Specialist. Through this method, we will have access to your account and can research the transaction if you do not wish to call. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a Secure Message" located in the Message Center.
