It say I need to have a user name and password but I do not know it, please help me

If you're not currently enrolled for Online Banking and would like to take advantage of this free service you may click here: http://bit.ly/1lqyp6r. Please have your account number, ATM/debit card number and Social Security number available to complete the enrollment. The page will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to complete the process. If you have any questions please call our Digital Banking Specialists 24/7 at 800-493-7562 for further assistance.
Once you're logged on to TD Bank Online, you may see your account balance on the welcome page. If you click on the “Accounts” tab at the top of the page and then click on the name of the account, you may also view your recent transactions.
Other options to obtain your account balance are:
