Thanks for dropping by TD Helps, Isabella! We'll be sure to share some information with you regarding debit card usage outside the US.
You'll be pleased to know that you can use your TD Bank Visa debit card anywhere Visa is accepted. Additionally, you can use any ATM that displays VISA or PLUS. Please note that fees may apply when you use a Non-TD ATM and the owner of the ATM may also charge fees as well. Take a look here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt to view our current fee schedule.
If you haven't done so already, we recommend placing travel notes on your account. Once your account is notated, TD Bank is now aware of your current and future locations and can greatly reduce any service interruptions. Feel free to give us a call 24/7 at 856-751-9000 or via collect with operator's assistance from a non-mobile phone at 00+1-215-569-0518. If you're enrolled in online banking, you can send us a secure message as well. If you're not currently enrolled for online banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY . Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 at the telephone number listed above. If you choose this option, please include the exact travel dates, destinations and if there will be any connecting flights, if applicable.

We hope this information is helpful and take care, Isabella!
