To best assist you, we recommend speaking to us directly for assistance. You are able to call us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000. After account verification, our Representatives will be able to help you order a new Debit Card and submit a dispute in regards to your ATM deposit. Keep in mind that Debit Cards can take up to 7-10 business days to arrive at your address.
If you prefer to speak to a Representative in person, you are able to visit a TD Store during lobby hours for assistance. Considering that an ATM deposit is in question, we recommend that you visit the Store where the ATM is located for further assistance. During your visit, our Representatives will be able to help issue a new Debit Card and assist with your missing deposit. To locate the TD Store in which you originally made your deposit please take a look here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR. If you plan on visiting a TD Store for assistance, you will need to bring a valid photo I.D. such as a Driver's License, State issued photo I.D., passport etc.
