Please know that though we would like to assist you directly, TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum. Because of this, we do not have access to your account/personal information.
We recommend reaching out to us directly. You are able to call us from outside the U.S. by dialing 856-751-9000 or 215-569-0518 collect from a land line telephone. Once speaking with a Specialist, they will be glad to review your card.
If you prefer, you're also able to send a secure message via Online Banking. . To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." Be sure to include specific details about your concerns.
