Thank you for reaching us on TD Helps, Roxanne. We'd be happy to help!
You can use your TD Visa Debit Card to make a cash advance at any participating location. The cash advance amount is deducted from your primary Checking account and if you are making the cash advance outside of the US, the amount deducted will be based on the currency exchange rate at the time the entry is processed. Please note that your cash advance limit per day for your Visa Debit Card is $5000.
We've also noticed that you're writing to us from Canada. Our friends across the border on the Canadian TD Helps team have answered a similar question to yours here: http://bit.ly/1Bx5g2j. You may also submit your own unique question by visiting the link.
We hope this helps, Roxanne and have a good evening.
