Hi, I would like to know if I can open a TD checking account even if I live from the Philippines. I wan't to open an account without visiting the US. The main purpose for this is for online purchases within US. I will be funding my account through Amazon direct deposits since Im selling in Amazon. Please let me know. I'm a Filipino citizen by the way.

Hi Paul, thanks for visiting TD Helps.
We're excited to hear that you are considering joining the TD family. We've got a lot of accounts to fit your lifestyle. Check out this link: https://go.td.com/2cXWJxy to learn more about our available checking accounts.
Once you've decided what kind of account you’d like, you can open it over the phone by speaking with a Customer Service Representative 24/7 at 1-888-751-9000 or online. You must have a US Social Security number and a US address within the TD footprint of Maine to Florida to use either of those methods.
If you do not have a US Social Security number or an address within our footprint then we invite you to stop into any TD Bank Store during lobby hours the next time you are visiting the US. You can find locations and hours of operation by clicking this link: https://go.td.com/1lvjfOJ.
Please note: proper ID is required for all account opening methods.
We hope this information is helpful, Paul and are available to help should you have any additional questions on concerns.
