You'll be pleased to know that you can pick up a new debit card at any of our Stores during lobby hours. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you.
Please keep in mind that if you'd like an EMV (chip) debit card, you would need to give one of our 24/7 Banking Specialists a call at 888-751-9000 or send us a secure message through online banking. Once our Specialists verify your account information, they'll be able to mail an EMV debit card to your home address.
If you're not currently enrolled for online banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY . Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 at the telephone number listed above. To send a secure message, please sign into your account and select "Send a message"; which is located underneath the Message Center on the left hand side of the page.
Please allow 7-10 business days for shipping and your new debit card will be mailed in a plain white envelope as well.
