Hi I write from Italy. Last year I received some giftcards but now I want to use them but I cannot check the balance online trhough tdbank/giftcardinfo....can you help me?Thank you!

We'd first like to confirm that when attempting to check the balance of your card online, you are using either the website located on the back of your card, or if you'd like, you're welcome to click here: http://bit.ly/2oti0qH. If you are still having trouble, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience, and recommend that you call 1-888-294-2249. By calling, you'll have access to check your balance right over the phone, or you may also speak with a Gift Card Specialist, 24/7.
