hello, i have two very small checks to deposit from my job. But they have different names from different employees, would it be ok to deposit in my account?

Welcome to the TD Helps community, Oscar. We'll be happy to point you in the right direction regarding third party checks.
To deposit a third party check into your account, both yourself and the other party, must visit a local TD Store and sign the "Endorsement Authorization and Release" form. If the item is over $1000, this form must be also be notarized. This document allows the individual to deposit the check into their account even if the other party is not listed as the signer on the account. Please note that your account will be debited for the check if it is returned. Government or insurance issued checks will not be accepted unless the payee(s) are signers on the depositing account.
