Before making any changes to your user name or password, we recommend checking to make sure that you have entered your credentials as you intended. Please keep in mind that passwords are case-sensitive, and please check to be sure that your Caps Lock key is off.
If you are still unable to log in and believe you have the correct user name, you may reset your password by following this link: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you're at the Log In page, please click on the "Trouble Logging In" link that is located under the password field. Select the account type and type your user name. You will then be asked to answer two security questions. When you successfully answer the questions given, you will then be asked to reset your password.
If your account has been locked or you do not recall your user name, please contact one of our Digital Banking Specialists 24/7 at 1-800-493-7562. They will be able to assist you in determining how your account became locked and reset your account access.
