We include complementary deposit tickets with each check order. Deposit tickets must contain proper routing number. Often it is the same as your bank's routing number. If you do not have a deposit ticket, please contact your financial institution or our customer service department for assistance.

Hello Linda, it is good to see you here on TD Helps.
Based on the message we received from you, it sounds like you're ordering checks via a third party check order company's website. If this is the case, you will need to reach out to them directly to determine what information they need in order to fulfill your order request.
Generally speaking, when ordering deposit tickets directly with us, your routing number will not be printed on the bottom of the deposit tickets. If you wish to place the order with us, you may contact us via telephone 24/7 at 888-751-9000, visit your local TD Bank Store or via your Online Banking. Please note that when you order checks with us, you will also receive a few complementary deposit tickets.
If you are already using TD Bank Online Banking service, you can order new checks right through our site by following the steps below:
• Log into Online Banking by clicking: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq • Click on the ''Customer Service tab'' • Under ''Self Service'' section click on ''Order Checks''
If you are not currently enrolled for online banking and wish to enroll, you may use our self-service option by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, your Social Security Number and your email address. Once at the page, please select "Personal" from the drop down box. When you select continue, you will have to read and accept the Online Banking Service Agreement. Then you will be asked to enter your personal information including the items mentioned earlier and to create a user name and password. Finally you will be asked to create three security questions. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
If you do not have the required information to set up for Online Banking or you need assistance enrolling, you may contact us 24/7 at the same telephone number listed above to speak with a Banking Specialist. Upon proper account verification, we would be happy to help get you started.
We hope the information provided help. Let us know if you have any further questions. Have a great one.
