How can I find out if a transaction was done twice?

We'd be happy to take a look at your account and help you to dispute transactions if necessary.
If you have an open and active account with us on which we can verify you, please give us a call at 888-751-9000. We're available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. As long as the closed account is still viewable to us, we can review your transactions for duplicate Jet Blue charges and file a Regulation E dispute for you. We can also order copies of your statements and have them mailed to your address on file.
