We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble, Carolina. We'd be glad to help.
The information you will need to use may vary based on the type of transfer you're attempting to make.
If your account is receiving a wire, please use the following:
Wire To: TD Bank, N.A.
Credit to: Your name or the name on the account and your account number
If you are receiving a transfer via another method, you will want to use the routing number associated with your account. Routing numbers are determined by the State in which you opened your account. For a list of our current routing numbers please take a look here: http://bit.ly/1cmRPoF.
If you're not certain which routing number to use, you may give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000. Our Banking Specialists would be more than happy to confirm this number with you.
