We're very sorry for your loss; we know it must be a tough time so we want to make your process making arrangements as easy as possible.
At this current time you would need to handle the account of the deceased Customer at your local TD Bank. Since the documentation required does vary depending on the state in which the individual passed away, this cannot be handled over the phone or by email, and we recommend that you please contact the local Store in the State where the decedent lived for more information.
