Thank you for bringing your question to TD Help today, Brenda. We are happy to assist you with ordering a new TD debit card.
If you have a TD Checking or Money Market account and you are at least 18 years old, you can request a TD Visa Debit Card. Did you know that you may request this card at any TD Bank location during lobby hours with your valid photo ID and walk out with a new card in your hand? Please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you. If you preferring calling, you can also contact our 24/7 Customer Service line at 888-751-9000 and one of our Banking Specialists can order the debit card for you and the card will be mailed to your address on file. Please allow 7-10 business days for the card to arrive.
Another way to request a TD Visa Debit Card is by sending a secure message via Online Banking. If you are already enrolled, you may send a secure message using www.tdbank.com. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
Please note, if you are requesting a new TD Visa debit card for your Small Business Checking or Money Market account, you will need to visit a TD Store location in person to obtain one.
We hope you find our answers helpful and please don’t hesitate to return to TD Helps if you have any further questions.
