Thanks for opening an account with us and we apologize to hear that you haven't received your card yet.
If you opened your account online or by phone with us and requested a debit card during the account opening process, you'll typically receive it within 7-10 business days depending on the mail.
If you haven't received it within that time frame, we encourage you to give us a call and we'll be happy to check on this request for you. We're available at 888-751-9000 around the clock for your convenience, 24/7.
If you're not already aware, we also offer the option to obtain one of our Visa Debit cards or ATM cards at any of our Stores during your visit! In case you'd like to have your card right away, feel free to stop in at any of our locations listed here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to pick one up. If you did previously order a card, just ask your Representative to cancel that one for you since it will no longer be needed.
